Always good service but this one went a little wrong. Email to let me now the order was ready beaver came, when t to store and they could not find the order for a while but eventually found. So all good eventually just a bit short of great

I was so amazed with the effort the sevenoaks store gave me on my first visit I had to leave a review. I was first served by joy and when I was after a particular stain and advise for my table she was apologetic that she was not able to answer my query fully but she called upon Dean who went through all the options with me and explaining to Joy at the same in a simple way without making it sound like he was dictating and you could see and hear how thoughtful he was with his peers and customer service. The store has so much inside which surprised me from how small it looks from the outside. I look forward to coming back again for me next visit

Needed some advice with a damp problem and was so impressed with this company, nothing was too much trouble.

Very easy to order and very quick delivery. Good communication e mails and packaged well.

Online, Shipping and delivery were great, very friendly chap who delivered. However a very rude lady in the shop as i questioned the price of the wallpaper (£84 or £126 a roll), she initially said the price list hadn't been changed, then said the price didn't include VAT (which it did), she reluctantly sold the paper at the price in the book, but was not nice to the gentleman on the till, in front of myself which is not very professional or acceptable and i felt for him. When asked about the recommended past to go with the paper, her reply was simply 'paste is over there'. I was disappointed with this service, particularly as i have the whole of my property to decorate, following a lot of work and thought Brewers could have been a great place to shop, unfortunately she has made me question this.

Over the last year I have been renovating my house and the team at Brewers have been exceptional. I have absolutely no clue about paint, I have been in there for hours getting countless colour samples, they've supported me though different paint types, sealants, rollers, fillers and helped me to understand and choose what's right for me :) Their customer service is excellent, carry my paint to the car, always friendly and chatty while being served, very quick and efficient :) Their support has been amazing, particularly Sophie and Andrew.. I'll honestly be sad when my house is done, they're both so lovely.. I might start painting things outside just to go and say hi :)

Ordering really easy online and kept up to date by my local Centre as and when the order was ready to collect

We placed the order online and it arrived when expected. The delivery driver was from Brewers and he was very polite and helpful.

What a dreadful company

On 14-Jan I ordered two tubes of Unibond adhesive for 3 working day click & collect at local branch. 3 days passed and no notification, so I called local branch.

I can only describe this experience as if I called "Dad's Army" as the guy I spoke with appeared to live in another centaury. He went into some long rhetoric about this being out of stock and having to be reordered from another of their branches for transfer as my original order was online and not with them. He suggested I call their head office, so I did.

This was even worse as the woman I spoke with sounded spaced out, not sure if she'd been sniffing their adhesives?. Bottom line was she blamed the local branch, and didn't have access to what should have been delivered to them for collection.

At this point I asked for a refund, but much to my amazement she stated that she couldn't do this I needed to call the local branch again. I called them and eventually got a refund.

I had never used this company, and never will again. I managed to find a similar product by Evostick and ordered from Toolstation for immediate collection.

Vast range of decorating materials for the trade and public. Good prices and the staff there appear to have a lot of knowledge and are very helpful. The branch is a longer journey for me but they are so good. I will buy all my materials here

An excellent service. Sound step by step advice by Mark, who helped me purchase the right materials for my DIY job. Highly recommended.

Brewers Canterbury are brilliant , always helpful and ‘above & beyond’ .. 95% of staff really knowledgeable about the stock. Really nice manager.

I have been using Brewers for a long time and not a single time was I let down. They exceed my wildest expectations especially when I get same day delivery if I order in the morning. Staff is always helpful and happy to offer advice. The products are always top of the top. Brewers` quality is most certainly second to none. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work Brewers! I have used Brewers in St Austell since I relocated 18 months ago. The staff are excellent, informative, friendly and helpful. In addition they have a good range of paint and decorating accessories and the prices are competitive.

I ordered on line click and collect and was told it would take 3 days and then I would be contacted telling me it was ready for pickup. After 8 days I rang the store and was told it had been delivered days ago.
The staff were friendly and helpful carrying the items to my car
